Shipping &
Delivery

As most of our products are custom-produced or engraved, our standard production lead time is 5–10 business days. Production times may vary for very large bulk orders or during peak periods.

We ship nationwide across New Zealand from our base in Christchurch. Once production is complete and your order is dispatched, standard courier delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.

Deliveries to rural addresses may incur an additional rural delivery surcharge, which will be calculated and displayed during the quoting or checkout process. Please allow an extra 2–3 business days for rural delivery.

At launch, TAP8 only ships within New Zealand. We do not currently offer international shipping.

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address at the time of order. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, a redelivery fee will apply before we can resend your order.

As outlined in Clause 5.2 of our Terms & Conditions, risk of loss or damage to your products passes to you once the goods are dispatched to the courier.
